Right to Return
B2B deals, i.e. deals between companies or traders, are generally exempted from the right of return under the distance selling legislation.
There is no fundamental obligation to accept the return of properly delivered goods. In the event of justified notifications of defects or incorrect deliveries, the goods can be returned after consultation.
Unfortunately, return shipments sent carriage forward cannot be accepted, since they involve disproportionately high cost. Please contact us before making a return shipment; in the event of justified complaints, we shall reimburse the costs or we can arrange for the goods to be collected. Warranty claims become statute-barred one year from delivery of the purchased items.
